All official notifications related to your company are sent to this address, and we at UK Company Formations receive them on your behalf. These notifications are then digitally forwarded to you on the same day. Our London registered company address service is included in all our setup packages and is free for the first year. After the first year, a renewal fee is required to continue using the address.

Please note, the registered company address cannot be used as your company's physical operational address. Additionally, mail and packages from private companies are not accepted at this address. If you need to receive and forward private cargo, you will need to purchase our Cargo Forwarding Service.

Director's Service Address

The service address of a company director is their correspondence address. While the director's service address can be their residential address and does not need to be within the UK, it must be publicly available on the Companies House official portal. This can potentially lead to identity theft or unwanted spam.

To protect your privacy, UK Company Formations offers a service address for directors that uses our registered company address. We receive official notifications on behalf of the director and forward them to you digitally on the same day, free of charge. This service is included in all our setup packages and is free for the first year. After the first year, a renewal fee applies.

This service is free for the first year for one director per company. If your company has more than one director, additional service addresses can be purchased for the other directors.
